first of all there should b no reason for them to even ask wat os u r using. if they ask tell them stock. but wat i am sayng is some of the ppl on the other end of the phone r complete boneheads and rarely even understand the question u r asking. i spent 2 hrs on the ph w uscc one time trying to get them to understand that i was asking for the internet/data name and password. instead of listening they kept trying to guess wat i was asking them. so in my opinion it is entirely possible they may just not understand the question. usually it is ur
msid@sprint.com or something of the sort. i would try again and just make sure they understand the question.
