Also there are a few provxml files in the sys that will create the icon links in the root of the start menu automatically. This should be all of them:
mxip_MyPhone_100.provxml
mxipupdate_alarms_1.provxml
mxipupdate_mstag_1.provxml

mxipupdate_windowslive_1.provxml
