Welcome Screen? Standard Wallpaper?
When I close down TF3D I am left with normally the black screen with the standard start menu and a taskbar at the bottom. The background is all black...
However after running the Cleanup CAB or some other CAB, it is now a weird cloud picture. How do I change this? What is the name of this "screen"
