Download some sort of registry editor. You can download the apps I posted which had a registry editor in it at this post.

Once that is finished and installed open it up and find this registry:
\HKeyLocalMachine\init\Launch92
Hold you stylus down and then delete it. Once your done with that, just restart your device and voila! It's gone.
