Using 2/26 regular 23541 ROM. I'm not sure which revision of the 6.5.x ROM this started happening on, but I noticed that with the system and ring volume set to independent mode, my phone treats phone ringer and system sounds the same.

In other words, my phone ringer is set to the volume of whatever my system sound level is set to. At night, I like to keep my ring volume up and my system volume down (hear phone call rings, but mute e-mai/text alerts).

Anyone else having the issue? I tried soft reset, setting the device to "unified volume mode" and then setting it back to "independent mode." No matter what I do, the ring volume seems to serve no purpose.
