HTC64.... Damn it, I played with that for many, many hours on Sprint and Verizon roms trying to unlock them. I also wasted much time on xda2nbf trying to find the unlock key on these roms. Then to find out they were the only 2 apache roms that are encrypted. All of the other ones are unlocked.
Mike, what do you use to recreate the nk.nbf? Are you working with the raw image and manually adding files/reg keys? That is good for some things but slow for most. If so, I have a simpler way to add apps and what not, I believe, depending on how you are recreating the nk.nbf.

I am attaching an easy ext-rom unlocker for ya. It is a .zip. Unzip it, copy the cab to your device, install it, then use file explorer, go to Program Files/ExtRom_Tools and run the app in there. Reboot and you will be unlocked and unhidden.
