Obviously this is just a concept and while it looks quite nice for this handset to be completely translucent you would need see through batteries and circuitry, which we may never see. To see further details and some of the concept pictures check out cnet.

Well there is a see through display already..but there are otherways to go around it being.
a) if its high enough resolution you can make the display show what is on the other side rather then being transparent or a mirror trick.
b) you can have circuitry on the rim and the phone powered with your body heat and solar lol.. (theoretically oled can get energy from solar so heat may be possible as well, it can also be transparent, last would be to make the circuitry small enough that your human eye can't see the patterns..semi possible since there are touchscreen see through screens BUT this would be more complex circuitry)
c) have the actual phone elsewhere and project the content on the screen interface which is powered by solar. (another way to do it is when our cloth has circuits in them powering our devices >.>)
option A would seem like the easiest way to go about it..still would be a few years ahead..followed by C and B would be hardest :/
maybe in 2020...
