You're wrong on your specs though. The screen is the same size, resolution is better on the Droid (with the same size screen- this means a sharper image).
The main difference is the Nexus has more RAM, but the Droid has a keyboard and 15 gigs of internal storage (plus a MicroSD slot).
There is a reason why Google asked Motorola to make the Nexus One (but Motorolla turned them down- although they are rumored to be making a Nexus 2 right now, and it has a keyboard).

Salty dog unless you tried both you HAVE no opinion. N1 is way better, and if I'm correct the Droid don't have 16 g memory internally its a 16 gb card.... ill check now but that's what I think... I could be wrong , but even then the n1 is a way better device and you can't say the droids keyboard is even a keyboard.Lmaooo
