as far as personalizer goes, I have never had any issues cooking it in, all it is a set of mortscripts to set the name and another one to apply it every startup, just use the OEM you attached but convert it to EXT with ext_package_rebuilder in tools. Mortscript is already in my kitchen but if you have removed it just cook it in same way as personalizer. let me know if you need help. I have been working on TP2 a lot, STILL havent released anything yet but I think I am getting close
side not, my job may make me give up WM and get a blackberry

edit: I was also able to run wincecab mgr on vista x64 and win7 x64 with no issues that I recall, now I am back on win7 x86 though. there is a free utility to make cabs made by MS, forgot the name though. something obvious I am sure. cabmake.exe or something haha..
edit 2: turns out it is makecab.exe after all... attached
