To Noir if you have a nexus the thing you will need winmo for is actual winmo programs, Microsoft exchange (only because Google needs to fix theirs) word and PowerPoint, other then that you wont be missing anything

The Droid has a slower processor than the Nexus (unless you overclock it, which everyone does) but it is a TI OMAP, so it's doing more per clock cycle. And it has a keyboard, which lots of people (myself included) won't consider a device unless it has a keyboard.
You're wrong on your specs though. The screen is the same size, resolution is better on the Droid (with the same size screen- this means a sharper image).
The main difference is the Nexus has more RAM, but the Droid has a keyboard and 15 gigs of internal storage (plus a MicroSD slot).
There is a reason why Google asked Motorola to make the Nexus One (but Motorolla turned them down- although they are rumored to be making a Nexus 2 right now, and it has a keyboard).
