The video is promoting the companies 4G Overdrive device that allows you to connect devices via WI-FI to share the 4G experience. The video even mentions being able to download the movie Airport at the Airport over WIFI.

So no, this isn't Sprint announcing a 4G smart phone. Not yet anyway...
