I have not had this problem ever and I am sure if this was case for others I would have gotten some feedback already, I would try to flash back to stock then flash mine, I had to do this a few flash ago I was experiencing strange issues myself. It is so weird how flashing back to stock clears up problems.

Sorry About that any other Verizon Users Chime in there were over 16 Downloads for Verizon so someone else feedback? It could be pocketshield possibly I personally have not had any problems with it but it is removable via Remove Programs you could give that a shot as it is easy to do.

I imagine installing a taskbar or something will fix it? or is it the new version of pocketshield causing a problem? When you sleep the device and wake it clears up. or launch/close s2p.

Installing a taskbar will not resolve this, Maybe it is pocket shield, you could always remove from the remove programs and test. The version I have included is the new one with Proximity Sensor support vs. previous version that used Light sensor. If removing it resolves your issues you could just install the release version of 3.2.8 rather than 3.2.9 that's included.
