I like this HDWall Program. It makes making manilla cabs really easy. Its easy and self explanitary.
Steps
1. When you open the program click the Create cab button
2. Add all the files that make up the cab into the window on the right side.
3. Then click create cab.
I used it mainly to make the panoramics for the Touch Pro when I had one, then came the upgrade
