There are some pretty significant differences between the RAPH500 and RAPH800 (VZW and Sprint Touch Pro, respectively) -- different memory size and layout being the chief one.

From what I've read, the difference between the RHOD400 and RHOD500 (Sprint and VZW Touch Pro2) is much more minor. Basically, the only ones I've heard of is the locking on the SIM card and some very slight keyboard changes. I'm sure more will come to light in time, but it should be less work to get everything working seamlessly across both of them. ('Should be'. Here's hoping.)
