I am not having problems answering calls at all, but I remember that issue from a long time ago and I always check this reg setting that was the culprit previously.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\ConnMgr\Planner\Settings], make sure SuspendResume is set to #777 (not anything containing GPRS). This issue seems to be related to Advanced Config.

I knew about this issue and went in and changed the setting to #777, but I still had the answer issue whenever a call came through while the phone was in standby (screen not on).
