well i followed everything u said and after changing the wallpaper... the wallpaper goes black and then reappears.. with the same wallpaper!!!
also if it helps...i have Menu > Home Wallpaper > Portrait Wallpaper

any other option? lol...

(EDIT: after i put LANDSCAPE ALL TAB WALLPAPER and i reset my phone... i see the wallpaper in landscape except its just flipped...from the portrait view...)
