Verizon TP2 with Stock 6.5 ROM

For some reason everytime I receive an incoming call, devicelock.exe gets run before the HTC incoming call screen pops up. I can still slide to answer and use the dialer but when i hang up, the phone is locked and i have to unlock it. Kind of a pain.

I had changed the registry to turn off the 6.5 lock screen and use the classic lock screen instead. Is there a registry entry that calls devicelock.exe on an incoming call that can be changed?
