I had the same problem when I accidentally installed HDWall and a slider CAB that were meant for Sense 2.5.
I'm on the stock sprint ROM and needless to say, Sense 2.1 got hosed.
I was able to get Sense partially working by uninstalling and reinstalling some CABs. Unfortunately, I still had some weirdness and I ended up doing a hard reset.
