ya, i have been to HTC's website.. but they say you need to register, and i cant register with my serial number (they say it must start with SZ or HF or something_ mine starts with numbers right away, no letters... ) they say if you got the phone from a carrier, to check with them... i have looked all over sprint.com, nothing.....
