Thanks for the reply, and I've done some further research. Unfortunately, the QWERTY mode is not a separate SIP. There are 2 SIP's from Touch; the 20 key and 12 key. Both of these will dynamically switch to the QWERTY/password keyboard if it thinks you're on a password field. Which seems to include all fields in Good's app's and Opera Mobile. The sip file is ezsip.dll. Even this keyboard wouldn't be all bad if it weren't for the fact that it doesn't show any XT9 options or word corrections. I'm now trying out other keyboards: Pocket CM isn't bad but the dictionary that it comes with is utterly useless and Spb Full screen keyboard is an interesting concept but not really useful for quick inputs and jumping between fields. The 20 key touch is a great general purpose solution, too bad. Maybe I'll get frustrated enough yet to decode all of the Reg settings under HKLM/Software/Tegic and HKLM/Software/HTC/ezsip.
