Hey all, I just got e-care to replace my mogul (which i could not stand after one month) for a blackberry pearl and give me a $100 credit on my account, and there even letting me start my 30-day risk free garuntee again...just in case the pearl doesn't work for me...Sprint E-care (email) is a great help, it's just the over-the-phone service that sucks.
