This has been discussed on
www.ppc6700users.com/forums/ but I wanted to share it for those who might not know about it.
IE 5.0 does not support Sprint picture mail or other Sprint related websites, but Opera 8.0 does. You can access your Sprint Picture Mail from Opera by following these instructions. NOTE: This is not to be confused with the MMS application installed that you use to send pictures, it is a Verizon template. When sending pictures through the MMS application, they are not automatically saved to your Sprint PM account.
First you need a Sprint Picture Mail account, call customer service if you do not have one. Then go into Opera and make sure your settings to identify your device as Desktop Computer, not Handheld Device. And make sure the Allow Java animations box is checked.
Then go into
www.pictures.sprintpcs.com and sign in through the secured website. Once logged in, follow the prompts to upload pictures from your PC. Since the website thinks you are on a desktop computer, you can start uploading up to 10 pictures at a time from your memory card, and send your pictures as well. By uploading your pictures here, you not only have a permanent place for storage, you can send to any phone number from your device.
