OK so im on the VZW stock rom, i go to data settings and enter

i then go back and try to turn on data connection and it says something about ppp connection failed. i call #777 and it says my feature update can not be completed.
When i got the phone i upgraded to the $30 data plan. that was like 3 or 4 days ago, is it not set up yet or what?!
EDIT:
just logged on to my parents VZW account (the account my phone is on)...the bill is past due. im willing to bet THAT is my problem eh?
