A few things...

First, this really belongs in the Themes Forum (in fact there is a boat-load of iPhone threads going on there already). Don't be afraid of the search function...it is your friend.

Secondly, the zip file that you linked to will not work "out of the box". Meaning, you need other programs (e.g., WisBar, rlToday, PhoneAlarm, etc.) to get the "iPhone" theme to work.
