Sure, with a .cab manager. However, I'm more in the business of turning .cabs into EXT's! I use QuickCab-2.0 when I need too. Free, but doesn't do system files. Like that one I want to do to reverse that GreensSMS bubbles. (iframe_style.css)

Edit: BTW...anyone wanna help me out and make a quick 1 file cab for:

..\Calkulin's WVGA Kitchen v1.6 Beta 2\SYS\21892\SHARED\0409\Redist_Lang_0409\iframe_st yle.css
