Same problem on any ROM while tethering. Sometimes, if you stop all data (Youtube, page loading) and wait, it will go back. Or, if you make a phone call for like 20sec (voicemail). I used to say screw that, and would put the phone in EVDO Only.....but the TP2 doesn't have that option like the TP1, Diamond, and Mogul had
