when this happened to me i had to hard reset it is not a physical problem so dont go and stick something in there l unless this happed on a locked phone. i had flash mine back to telus and lock it again to give it back, i tested it before and it worked so i unlocked it and flashed my rom onto it and have not had a problem since its bean over 2 months
