sorry is this has been answered...

all the new XX ROMs are sense 2.5 2011. the newest uploaded yesterday was 2012. i did try the cookie cab but the top row of his quicklinks were partially hidden behind a calendar/clock block and the bottom link were not useable. There is a vga mode but all it did that i noticed was remove the 4 quicklinks on the home screen.
