Yep, I clicked "Finish." I just got off the phone with Verizon; essentially I deleted the embedded connection and it's working now. Which is strange, because in the past it was always there and I had no issues. Oh well; I guess it's fixed for now. Thanks! It sure helps to know my username and password so I'll be able to fix this when it happens again!
