For any new user who gets a line saying FAILED TO MOUNT after 10 seconds or so:
Even though you can type commands, WAIT. It is still working. I learned the hard way, formatting my card numerous times, thinking there was an issue. I had figured that nothing else was going to happen, but more scrolled by. Everything is not running yet, but that's because it has only been a couple of minutes. I will give it 15.
EDIT: 5 minutes later I get a black screen. This is normal. WAIT. There is supposed to be something onn the screen normally, but this phone is running stuff it wasn't meant to. There are a couple of programs you can run before launching the exe that supposedly eliminates the black screen (one of them can be found here
http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-...-hologram.html.) Also, depending on what version of the files you use, you may need to start a call (to your voicemail or something like moviefone) before launching the exe if you want people to hear you on calls while in android.
