I had this interesting issue the other day. But I am using the 2.17 rom, 1.47 radio, and PRL 60611... however, it would take a couple minutes for it to get a signal again; after every call, without getting up from the chair or anything. A soft reset seemed to fix it though, so I'm not sure what happened...
