Why don't just try downloading it. Unzip the file and you'll find a readme.txt file in it with all the instructions. If you'll bother to read it you'll find out how. Do expect though to have to put some work into it to learn how WAD works, otherwise you're just going to complain. No one can do it all for you, you've got to set it up right for your system.
