On the X series with 2011/2012 roms you had to enable weather on the home tab.
And then go to the weather tab and hit update and accept Google terms.

On the NEW XXX rom coming tonight just go to the weather tab and hit update.
I did not have to Accept or enable anything to get weather to pop up.
Just so everyone knows it is diff and should be easier on this new rom.
