you can activate it but it is time consuming and a HUGE PITA to get VZN to add the ESN to there DMD. it will require several phone calls to VZN and probably several transfers from one tech to the next. make sure you have VZN's customer agreement infront of you so you can quote it to the techs you talk to. BE NICE and you will be amazed how far you can get.
