Ameba (Adapting Menu Bar) works great to solve this issue. It also makes sure that the bottom "X" closes programs. It's available from here:

I have to use the launcher on Dibbs ROM because the service doesn't start sometimes even though it's set to automatic. |
Wondering if this plays well with ark switch. Have you tried them both? Also wondering if Ark Switch had anything to do with my windows start problems with this ROM. I'm using 1.04...
