Exclamation Incoming Call Doesn't show name or #

A co-worker and I are trying to figure out this problem with his sprint touch.

His phone when switched to landscape mode (which seems to be easier for him to use) causes the "incoming call" box that pops up at the bottom of the screen that shows the name and number of the caller is too low. It's like the box has fallen half way off the screen to where all we can see is "Incoming Call".

When switching back to portrait mode, it moves up a little so that you can at least see the name of the caller, but not the number. A soft reset at this point gets it working again and you can see the name and number.

My xv6700 is also running WM6 and doesn't have this issue in portrait or landscape mode.

We have searched all over the forums and google, and only come up with people that are experiencing the same issue but no fix.

Can anyone tell us if there is a registry change, or a "fix file" for this problem? If not, would someone of more experience take a look into how to fix this?

Thanks!
