Can't Flash via USB or Memory Card

The USB connection on my Touch Pro does not work for data (I believe it may a broken pin or something). It still works for charging just not ActiveSync or from the Bootloader. I have not had an issue flashing from SD card before, however...I had ordered a HTC Hero to replace my Touch Pro, but have some issues with the Hero and Airave so I decided to go back to my Touch Pro. I would like to make a warranty claim, but need to flash the stock Rom back.

However, now whenever I try to flash any ROM, the bootloader displays "No Image Found" for a second and then stays on the bootloader (FYI, it says Serial at the bottom and does not change to USB when USB cable is plugged into computer). This is a new memory card that I am using (I misplaced the one I originally used, but have tried 3 different memory cards). Is there something that I need to do to the SD card first for the bootloader to recognize the image or am I just screwed?
