Noone can figure out why some have gotten premium and some have gotten the regular version. after a few comparisons (phones, plans, rooted v. not) it appears that in an apples-to-apples scenario, people are getting different versions.

If anyone has any insight to either of the issues, it'd be a great help.

how do you know if its regular or premium?
