works. i just clicked on the installer cab from my sd card. asked to remove previous version, clicked yes. after that i clicked on market place in programs and it installed new virsion. besides setting device or storage card, it also allows you to select country with language. us/ english and uk/english have diff apps. didn't test all way thru but did install microsoft tag and then checked program files on sd card and it was there.
