I loaded your erv and had no problem building a rom. But it does seem that you have quite a bit in your kitchen that is not in mine. These are only reccomendations.
1. reenable the device info.
2. reenable the 2 bronze sys files
3. reenable the internet sharing file
4. if that doesn't help, try loading my erv and see if it will run.
5. redownload the kitchen to another pc with a different internet connection. extract, make no changes and try to create a rom.
Edit. I only recommend the download because there seems to be some files in this kitchen from previous kitchens as well.
