I read multiple quotes, but people were not providing their source. I was able to find the source for the post above regarding Mobile Broadband, but I can find no source for the statement that data access on my phone is limited to 5GB. I think you need to read more carefully. My statement is that data access on my phone is not capped. I do understand that Sprint has the right to manage their network to prevent the abuses that would impact their customer service level agreements (implied or stated), but Sprint says nothing about capping data access on my phone. The 5GB limit relates to data cards and using your phone as a modem. That does not limit streaming 10GB of video to my phone: it limits streaming 10GB of video to my laptop through my phone.

I have never seen a single post in any online forum, nor have I seen a single news report where someone said they were charged or denied service for using more than 5GB of data on their phone. Can you show me any examples? I don't mean that as a challenge -- I really would like to see explicit examples. So far, all I'm hearing is people freaking out without providing any facts. I have found multiple posts where users say they regularly exceed 5GB. The only examples of extra charges or denials of service relate to exceeding the stated 5GB limit while tethering or using a data card.
I apologise if your feelings were hurt. If you would read the whole tread it clearly states that 1)there is no cap 2)every one knows Sprint hasnet ever enforced any "cap" 3) We (Sprint) reserve the right to deny or terminate service without notice for any misuse or any use that adversely affects network performance. that has nothing to do with PAM or modems. So after READING your own post you should understand that Sprint does in fact imply a "cap" of some sort which we all know hasnt been enforced. How many more times do you need to be told?

Semper Fidelis (Always Faithful) is the motto of the Corps. That Marines have lived up to this motto is proved by the fact that there has never been a mutiny, or even the thought of one, among U.S. Marines.
