I'm wondering if it may be because a slow sd card access issue, all applications that I noticed load issues with appears to be the ones saved on the sd card.
I am coping everything off my card and then format and defrag before placing everything on card to see if there is and read errors on card and see what happens.

I have not tried yet. I was just asking around before I tried.
