Re: Sprint replacing Touch Pro with Touch Pro 2!
I spoke with numerous reps yesterday and since I have had more then 3 replacements I have to go through the store to get a replacement phone. I just cannot bear sitting in another Sprint store for over 2 hours for them to only say my phone checks out fine and they were unable to duplicate the problem. I had a rep create a ticket for me which will show the tech exactly whats wrong with my phone. Anyone take these steps and what was the outcome from having a rep on the phone start and e ticket for an in store replacement.
