Not sure I understand, I've never seen one do that before, but I've had problems with flashed lockscreens not taking. Using Fresh's kitchen app to clear the lockscreen cache usually fixed it tho. I also had to push the original lockscreen apk to my phone before then reflash the new lockscreen. But I'd definitely try Fresh's kitchen first to clear the cache.
