I ran Panda Home for a bit, and had battery problems. I'm not 100% sure it was panda, but after I switched back, they went away. Could have been some setting I had checked, but I'm pretty savvy with these things. Also, it could have been fixed with an update by now.
One thing I did like was that it has landscape mode for the home screen. Don't know if you need it though...
