I had him copy hte PIM file, looks like he had outlook too. He didn't realize that it synced with outlook.

He got a PRL update a day or tow ago and then yesterday it just went bonkers, tf3d wouldn't open, the task manager on the taskar wouldnt show up and doing anything on the phone was slow as shit, but it still had a lot of RAM avail.

Nothing like a hard reset to fix everything.
