so either telus and HTC specs are wrong (i wouldn't doubt it) or it seems the stack we are using in custom roms has bumped it up.
The original sprint and telus Tom use 2.0 and have that Bluetooth problem with many headsets. USC, verizion, an any custom Tom have the updates Bluetooth stack.
