good call... I'll do that now..I did get the lady at the stores business card for this reason, but something I could email asurion would be much better... surely the lady at the store will change her story if this becomes an issue.
I dont want a 600 charge on my account for something i don't need. I wish I could just send the new one back and be done with it...and get my $100 back.
