Re: Is Sprint still giving out refur'ed MOGULs?
The only thing comparable to a Mogul on the current market is a TP2. They are the same price on release; the fact that Moguls are outmoded does not take value away from their market price when they were purchased. The fact that so many people complain about refurbed Moguls not working is pretty ridiculous. If I'm paying for insurance, I should get a phone that works. That's what the insurance is for. I'm not trying to cheat the system.
I'm probably going to cancel my insurance if they won't even deal with the issues I'm worried about having. I just spent $375 more on a new phone and I've paid $210 in insurance since I got my last one. This is all profit to Sprint/Asurion, and if I can't trade in my BROKEN Mogul which is missing about half of its basic functions for one and be assured that the replacement will work, then the insurance is worthless.
