Customer care- tech support have nothing to do with insurace carrier/charge.Call retention as recommened in my first post Saving yourself alot of hassel with un-need charges.
Keep in mind if you were to lose a phone in the next 6 months they will be very reluctant to replace because of claim time frame.Make your insurence work for you not agenst you
